so the average joe if they’re okay with

00:02

having their rights taken away and

00:08

person up

00:24

okay here we are episode eight and this

who’s the guy in the white house the

00:33

president okay if you’re happy with his

00:35

actions

00:36

if you’re happy with um not having um

00:39

right personal rights or rights over

00:41

your own body

00:42

if you think that you know the

00:44

government is much smarter than you and

00:45

ask your doctor if this is right for you

00:48

um this probably won’t will be a waste

00:50

of your time if you’re looking to get

and coordinator for the arizona state

01:13

01:14

diane kaser pro soccer baller

01:17

turned diagnostic uh nutrition

01:20

practitioner

01:21

courage coat health and booty beauty

01:23

expert

01:25

author of killer breast i mean brilliant

01:27

and

01:28

our special guest today michelle ford

01:30

michelle i’ve been so dying to talk to

01:32

you okay

01:33

she organized and started a vile

01:36

injury awareness league which which

01:39

that’s how i know i know you

01:40

okay but also in the american

01:43

sovereignty union

01:44

um mother of four founder and president

01:46

of uh

01:47

vile activists uh representing parents

01:50

since 2012’s

01:52

um she’s committing herself as an

01:53

advocate for a permanent solution

01:55

i mean this is brilliant i’m so glad to

01:58

welcome you all

01:59

okay now this is for youtube

02:03

okay so some of the stuff in our current

02:05

climate has to be censored so

02:08

we’re going to try and understand what

02:09

the ministry of truth will

02:11

want and if not some of it will be

02:13

edited out

02:14

okay it will be put on the freedom sites

02:16

like the dr b

02:17

vip and any site we can find that has

02:20

less censorship

02:22

um but michelle i want to start with you

02:25

um share your story from the founding of

02:27

vile to

02:28

advocating teaching common law and i

02:30

know you just got through teaching a

02:32

class on common law

02:33

this morning okay what’s your story dear

02:37

yeah so i’ve been a parent advocate

02:39

since 2012

02:40

um when ab2109 rolled out that was the

02:43

bill where you know parents had to get a

02:46

doctor to sign off on a medical

02:47

exemption

02:48

or sorry on a personal belief exemption

02:50

here in california

02:52

and my oldest daughter was injured by

02:53

her vaccines and so when i had younger

02:55

children

02:56

i knew that i had the authority to

03:00

fill out a personal belief exemption

03:01

form and turn that into the school for

03:03

my younger children however

03:05

baby 2109 attempted sorry attempted to

03:09

take away that right and i was going to

03:11

need a doctor to sign off on my

03:12

exemption form so that was the first

03:14

sort of usurpation

03:15

against my rights regarding vaccination

03:17

status

03:18

then in 2015 i decided to found

03:22

injury awareness league because i was

03:24

already out in the community educating

03:25

parents about how to obtain a personal

03:27

belief exemption

03:29

educating people about related side

03:31

effects

03:32

teaching them how to find doctors that

03:34

were open-minded about these things and

03:36

this was during an environment where

03:38

things weren’t really talked about it

03:39

wasn’t that big of a deal but it was to

03:41

me

03:42

because i was personally affected well

03:44

two days after i founded

03:46

vile i got my uh non-profit

03:49

permission from the federal government

03:51

and then senator pan introduced

03:53

sb 277 an absolute full-on assault

03:56

against parental rights

03:59

making it nearly impossible nearly

04:01

impossible for parents to exempt their

04:03

children

04:04

for either some or all of them and so

04:07

parents were in record numbers facing

04:10

the decision between keeping their kids

04:11

in school or homeschooling

04:13

and my senator at the time senator holly

04:15

mitchell said two things

04:18

she said you guys are just people

04:22

and she said you don’t own your kids

04:25

now those were very confusing

04:28

terms for me because of what do you mean

04:31

we’re just people this is a government

04:32

of we the people right that’s what i

04:34

learned in school

04:35

the government is is uh run by our

04:38

consent and our consent only and when we

04:40

had about 1700 people

04:42

show up in sacramento lobbying against

04:44

sb 277 it made

04:46

no sense to me that they could push this

04:48

through and then the second thing you

04:50

don’t own your kids i thought of course

04:51

i don’t own

04:52

my kids but this woman knows something

04:56

i don’t know that’s when i went on the

04:59

hunt for where’s

05:00

my constitution i thought that was my

05:02

governing document after all

05:04

little did i know it was a contract

05:06

between the people

05:07

and the the government workers so

05:10

anyway it set me off on a journey to

05:12

find the answers and so i’m glad to say

05:14

that i have found them

05:16

wow okay so what the the answers to that

05:20

because

05:20

we we’re losing our our rights okay

05:24

i mean you know cover your face and then

05:26

there’s 15 states fighting for those

05:28

rights to get back

05:29

okay where they’re going to limit the

05:31

ability of the government to

05:32

shut down businesses which is

05:33

unconstitutional anyway

05:35

okay or you know violate your own

05:37

personal rights

05:39

what what have you found okay what

05:41

what’s the the common law

05:43

i know we’re a nation supposed to be

05:45

under god

05:46

[Music]

05:48

supposedly right because there is a

05:49

natural order of things

05:51

so there’s god god created mankind on

05:54

the land

05:56

mankind created really funny things like

05:58

religions

05:59

and governments and governments created

06:02

corporations and corporations created

06:04

these fictional entities known as

06:06

citizens

06:06

persons individuals residents aliens

06:10

students pupils attorneys

06:14

and many many other interesting

06:17

fictional terms

06:18

so what we help people to do is get

06:20

actually get their rights back because

06:22

as these fictional characters

06:24

as these fictional terms we have no

06:26

rights we have rules

06:28

regulations ordinances codes laws

06:31

we have measures we have

06:34

emergency orders we have executive

06:36

orders

06:37

um but as when we’re people and we’re

06:40

properly status corrected back on the

06:42

land as mankind

06:44

we have god’s law unail unalienable

06:47

rights

06:48

um that are given only by him and so we

06:51

help people

06:52

to undo some of those contracts and get

06:54

themselves back on the

06:56

land in the proper authority where they

06:57

belong

07:00

is is it that simple that it’s so

07:03

simple it’s scary actually

07:06

because if you don’t know who you are

07:07

you might say the wrong thing here and

07:09

there um however

07:10

yeah you know people get status

07:12

corrected when they get married

07:14

they go from single to married and

07:17

that’s not that hard it happens all the

07:20

time

07:21

people get status corrected when they go

07:22

from being parentless to

07:24

being a parent although i like to say

07:26

mother or father

07:28

in the common law it’s mother father not

07:30

parent

07:31

yeah controlling the language is the

07:33

craziest one like citizen

07:35

person individual resident what what do

07:37

those mean

07:39

well they mean you’re you’re a subject

07:42

and i mean it literally

07:43

you are a fictional character identified

07:46

by

07:46

the name we call the all caps name or

07:49

the

07:50

straw man which is the mindless entity

07:53

um and it’s the name that appears on all

07:56

of your

07:57

sort of official documents like your

08:00

driver’s license and your

08:02

tax return and your bank account and

08:05

things like this right so because only

08:08

only fictional entities can contract

08:11

with one another

08:12

um the citizenship program that started

08:15

with uh

08:16

basically between the 13th and 14th

08:18

amendments when

08:19

lincoln freed the slaves uh he actually

08:23

brought everyone down to the status of a

08:25

citizen and the citizenship program was

08:27

born

08:28

and so uh citizen

08:31

is a codified term in the congressional

08:35

record

08:36

and so it’s just it’s just a term it’s

08:39

part of the divide and conquer technique

08:41

that we know

08:42

um and when people get classified as

08:45

this subjugated

08:47

fictional entity then they get to be

08:49

bossed around

08:51

by codes statutes you know measures laws

08:54

rules regs orders all of the above

08:58

notice how our our founding documents

09:01

start with we the people

09:03

right but if you look on any of our

09:06

rules and regs and laws and ordinances

09:09

that affect people they all say

09:11

persons citizens individuals residents

09:15

right all laws um define

09:18

who is affected by these rules regs

09:21

ordinances laws

09:22

measures codes etc etc okay

09:25

and so when you really start digging

09:28

into the fine print and you find

09:30

out that these rules and regs apply to

09:33

those fictional terms

09:36

nowhere does it say uh these rules

09:38

affect me the people no it doesn’t say

09:40

that

09:42

so so when we’re like um

09:46

when somebody says okay put the mask on

09:48

they don’t have the authority

09:50

to do that okay obviously no nobody does

09:52

it’s not constitutional it’s not in any

09:55

law or a rule when we get our sovereign

09:58

status back

09:59

can we literally walk into a store and

10:01

say look if you were

10:02

giving you know products or services to

10:05

the general public

10:06

you can’t refuse me because that that

10:09

rule of putting a mask

10:10

on or forced medical procedure without

10:13

informed consent or

10:14

you know all the stuff that that we

10:16

can’t really say

10:18

it on the on the official version of

10:20

this

10:21

right once we get sovereign status

10:25

and i i know um diane you’ve done this

10:28

before where

10:29

you know you flashed your sovereign card

10:31

and said hey look

10:32

um you know i’m not under the the laws

10:35

that pertain or that

10:37

that you think are here

10:40

can can can you get access to these

10:42

stores or

10:44

or once you get sovereign status or do

10:46

we have to get the

10:47

more people involved in this to change

10:49

the laws

10:52

i i wasn’t sure if you were asking me or

10:53

diane or both but um

10:56

in a nutshell and i i’ll of course yield

10:58

uh to diane as well

11:00

but as it is right now of course these

11:03

business owners have been turned into

11:04

micro tyrants

11:06

you know restaurant owners did not go

11:07

into the restaurant business because

11:09

they wanted to ask people about their

11:10

vaccination status or force people to

11:12

wear masks

11:13

they want to serve up great food they

11:15

want to create a social environment

11:17

but what has happened is these county

11:18

boards of health have got them

11:20

over a barrel because they’re going to

11:22

take away their licenses

11:24

they’re going to shut them down if they

11:26

don’t do the bidding

11:28

of these you know frankly these tyrants

11:31

um

11:32

it’s so horrible how they’ve turned mom

11:34

and pop shops

11:35

into uh officers of the health

11:38

department

11:39

but that’s what it’s come down to i’m

11:41

actually working on an article about

11:43

that right now i’m so sorry you know the

11:46

people in the free people apologize that

11:48

you’ve turned into a micro tyrant for

11:50

the deep state but anyway that’s a whole

11:51

other story

11:56

as it is right now those stores are

11:58

saying listen

11:59

i don’t care about your freedom really i

12:02

just want to be able to sell my goods

12:04

so they’re they’re defending their own

12:07

pocketbooks at the end of the day

12:08

they’re defending their

12:09

money so it boils down to the root of

12:11

all evil right

12:12

money it’s not it’s not the money itself

12:14

it’s what money has done to mankind it

12:16

has corrupted our minds and made us

12:18

selfish

12:19

uh in a certain way and and so that’s

12:21

what’s happening

12:22

i do know that once we are fully

12:24

assembled we can fix these issues

12:27

and help these business owners to gain

12:29

their rightful status in this world

12:31

to where they can offer their goods and

12:33

service unencumbered without being

12:35

threatened

12:36

and that’s you know one of our one of

12:38

our short-term goals

12:39

ultimately but i think it might be a

12:41

little bit cloudy in the beginning as

12:43

people are figuring out who we are and

12:45

how we plan to operate

12:46

because we’ve got we’ve got a couple of

12:49

businesses in california that have never

12:51

shut down

12:52

yeah and and i’ve never shut down okay

12:55

and never put mass or anything else but

12:56

i put the

12:57

the laws up on the on the front window

13:00

so if you have a problem with that

13:01

beautiful but you know last 18 months 19

13:05

20 months you know i’ve been under the

13:06

threat that they could shut us down any

13:08

moment

13:09

and that irritates me that’s not right

13:12

it’s not right no no damn

13:15

i know you’ve been in the in the the

13:19

situations where you’ve had to flash

13:20

your card of sovereignty

13:22

or you know you just tried to explain it

13:24

to people

13:25

um and that’s that’s a bold move when

13:28

you’re confronted with

13:29

with people saying you know put the mask

13:31

on cover your nose and do this

13:32

it’s so easy to comply um it just

13:36

bothers my soul

13:37

yes me too and that’s what that’s what

13:40

it’s gonna take for everybody out there

13:41

to see how we

13:42

are walking around in an open air prison

13:45

mandated by governed by and

13:48

taught to obey and threaten to punish by

13:53

these tyrants like you said these

13:54

tyrants who are

13:56

primarily looking out for their bottom

13:59

line

14:00

profit rather than your above-the-line

14:03

uh uh freedom to

14:06

to my body my choice and and if it’s

14:10

if it suits the narrative of somebody

14:12

else that my body my choice

14:14

in terms of like if we speak abortion

14:16

which i’m not going to go in that

14:17

direction but i’m just saying

14:19

if my body my choice is something that

14:22

um

14:22

we are standing behind that women should

14:25

be able to

14:26

pick or choose for themselves why is it

14:28

in one side that they

14:30

that they should be allowed freedom but

14:32

on the other side not

14:34

and so there are i just did a podcast on

14:36

this for my own channel as well speaking

14:38

speaking of truth

14:39

broadcast where we spoke with a health

14:41

insurance agent

14:42

and we’re talking about our rights and

14:45

what osha how osha

14:47

conflicts with the employers mandating

14:51

no job no job and so really if you don’t

14:54

stand up for yourself now

14:56

and if you don’t get uncomfortable with

14:59

the lack of comfort

15:00

that you have in your own home and stand

15:02

up for your freedoms you will have none

15:05

i mean it is now or never

15:08

and in your voice is your instrument and

15:12

this is how we speak god

15:13

through our temple is that by the

15:15

vibration of courage

15:17

coming from you and it takes a while to

15:20

get used to and it’s never just

15:22

something that’s easy

15:23

to do but it becomes over time when you

15:26

can practice or your sovereignty

15:28

the single greatest thing you need and

15:30

everybody needs right now

15:31

is to know your rights

15:35

just like michelle said we’re building

15:37

this now just like dennis has echoed

15:39

over and over

15:40

that we’re building this now for a

15:42

tomorrow future that we can create in

15:44

the present

15:45

so that’s what i’m a stand for i’m a

15:47

saint for all of our freedoms

15:49

and you know we have to do this together

15:51

and link our arms together if they’ll

15:53

say

15:53

they all say we’re in this together

15:55

which is the lie

15:56

no we’re not who we’re not worried

15:58

together for you and your agenda

16:01

but we’re going to say we’re in this

16:03

together

16:04

for another reason and that is to stand

16:06

for our freedoms and for our children

16:08

because if we don’t stand for our

16:09

children now like michelle said there is

16:11

no future

16:12

there is none it’s i’m not going to say

16:15

that

16:16

don’t want to get yeah it works

16:19

now dennis because you’re a sheriff okay

16:24

[Laughter]

16:26

okay when when you’re looking at laws

16:28

and stuff

16:29

so you you can’t really get arrested for

16:32

not wearing a mask

16:33

or can you well i mean to to fight a

16:36

thor

16:37

the authority what what is there any

16:40

problem with just saying hey to heck

16:42

with it going in there grabbing

16:44

something

16:44

throwing down some money and walking out

16:46

of the store or without a mask or

16:48

restrictions or yeah you shouldn’t have

16:51

to worry about it at

16:53

all um because there is no law

16:56

they’re making things up as they go they

16:58

call it a mandate

16:59

that whoopty do it’s a suggestion and

17:02

it’s up to

17:03

you know each individual uh what they

17:05

want to do

17:06

right now the the whole you know what

17:09

is a scam and uh i’m not going there

17:13

because i got my tape uh

17:18

so we can move on this way but uh yeah

17:21

it’s like

17:22

i went into the grocery store and i had

17:25

a mask on under my nose down here

17:29

so you could see my mustache and the

17:32

lady behind me in the store

17:33

made a comment and says if it’s not over

17:37

your nose

17:38

it’s ineffective and i just took my mask

17:42

down

17:43

and the manager looked at me and the

17:45

cashier looked at me

17:46

and i says i don’t have to wear this

17:50

thing

17:51

but i’ve been coming to this store for

17:53

20

17:54

years i respect your privacy

17:58

you need to respect mine but i

18:02

took put this on just to appease

18:05

you guys and the hell with everybody

18:08

else because

18:09

and i says and you know what and i’m not

18:11

wearing this anymore

18:12

and they just looked at me every time i

18:14

came to the store and just hey how you

18:16

doing like nothing ever changed nothing

18:18

ever happened

18:19

but you know the the main part of it all

18:22

is the six inches between your ears

18:26

in what you believe is the truth

18:29

whether the media or the

18:33

the other stations and so on like that

18:37

tell you it’s this way or it’s that way

18:39

but they’re trying to see how much they

18:41

can get

18:42

away with and they’re looking at

18:44

everybody

18:45

and it’s all about control

18:48

and we have to stop that control or we

18:51

will be finished

18:53

that’s why the assemblies are up and

18:54

going that’s why we have people like

18:56

michelle and diane

18:57

and myself and all of the other 50

19:00

states you know

19:01

in you know the states of the union

19:03

moving forward to

19:04

you know secure our freedom okay

19:07

now now um michelle can

19:11

can you explain uh or share the timeline

19:14

that how you’ve created the california

19:16

state assembly

19:18

because i know i’ve got my paperwork

19:19

almost done and i know you’re a recorder

19:21

i was going to get recorded from you

19:23

last week but we

19:24

we didn’t get everything done how do we

19:27

how do we get our state back

19:29

okay so how we get our state back is by

19:31

assembling each county

19:33

so we have to get two-thirds of

19:36

all counties on each state

19:39

to assemble and assembling just

19:43

simply means that you have an interim

19:46

government that’s up and running

19:48

and so by interim we mean you know these

19:50

are elected by

19:52

the nationals that are already properly

19:54

status corrected on the county

19:56

uh elected or appointed and sometimes it

19:58

just starts with one man or one woman

20:00

going

20:01

i’m gonna do this i’m gonna assemble my

20:03

county

20:05

and uh in fact i just got reached out to

20:07

by a gentleman

20:08

way way way up in a little county in

20:10

northern california today saying i’m

20:12

ready what do i do

20:13

so we’re helping him to assemble his

20:14

county and it really takes um

20:17

as little as that’s actually less than

20:19

40 people

20:21

um to begin your interim government on

20:24

your county

20:25

by the way dr bergman orange county is

20:27

just about to pop i think within a week

20:28

we’re going to have all of this

20:30

all of the appropriate seats filled

20:33

on orange county to assemble orange

20:34

county l.a county is a is

20:36

fully assembled we have a over 130

20:39

properly status corrected men and women

20:41

on the land on

20:42

la and uh we really only need

20:46

40 to have that journal assembly less

20:48

than 40

20:49

to have the gerald assembly leg up and

20:51

running and we hope to have 75

20:53

on two-thirds of the counties by

20:56

september so we can have our first azure

20:58

government election um in over 160 years

21:02

okay now that’s one of the terms what

21:04

what’s the difference between du jour

21:06

and de facto i’m so glad you asked

21:09

that’s like the best question ever

21:10

so du jour means lawful okay

21:14

lawful and when you think about lawful

21:16

you have to think about the stuff that

21:18

makes sense because at the end of the

21:19

day this is all common sense

21:21

right and uh if you can think about like

21:24

the ten commandments

21:26

don’t steal don’t lie don’t cheat don’t

21:28

be jealous of your neighbor’s stuff

21:30

don’t you know don’t kill anybody right

21:33

the common sense kind of things so

21:36

that’s du jour

21:37

and it’s what’s lawful then we have de

21:40

facto it’s what you see

21:42

in fact in fact i see people walking

21:44

around with a mask on

21:47

when it’s not lawful in fact i

21:50

see people being harassed by the police

21:54

for silly reasons like speeding speeding

21:57

isn’t lawful there’s no such thing as

21:59

speeding

22:00

in common law if there’s no victim

22:03

there’s no crime

22:04

so speed limits are a de facto

22:08

uh paradigm right

22:12

what says you can’t go 50 miles an hour

22:14

down the street if it’s safe to do so

22:17

and you didn’t hurt anybody why the heck

22:19

not

22:20

right of course we’re not advocating for

22:22

people to go out and do stupid things

22:24

in fact it’s the polar opposite we’re

22:26

asking people to get back to basics

22:28

back to the ten commandments back to

22:29

understanding of the common sense

22:32

aspects of our lives and back to a du

22:34

jour

22:35

environment lawful environment now at

22:37

some point

22:39

what we predict will happen if we have

22:40

anything to do with it

22:42

it will be that our du jour government

22:45

becomes de facto it becomes in fact

22:49

in fact i’m seeing now that people are

22:52

behaving lawfully

22:54

in fact i am seeing that people are

22:57

taking responsibility for their actions

22:59

and we’re not living in a

23:00

a fear of liability environment right

23:04

so that’s really you know de facto is

23:08

what we’re seeing

23:08

in fact and it just in fact right now

23:11

we’re seeing a bunch of unlawful things

23:13

in an upside down

23:14

weird universe where boys are girls

23:17

girls are boys

23:18

up is down down is up god doesn’t exist

23:21

yada yada

23:22

and we’re going back to um simpler times

23:25

we’re inviting people to act responsibly

23:28

and be lawful

23:29

good god if you need help in orange

23:31

county i’ll serve on any board i’ve got

23:34

an

23:34

office that’ll hold 60 70 people um

23:38

believe me anything i can do oh my god

23:41

be careful that you said that i’m going

23:43

to hold you to it i’ll be i’ll be at

23:45

your office in two hours we’re going to

23:46

do this

23:47

make sure you i’m at the mexico clinic

23:50

but yeah yeah it’s it’s there’s no lag

23:52

time

23:53

between it idea and implementation i

23:57

this we got to implement now okay now

24:00

can you share

24:00

with uh what positions need to fill and

24:02

how people can step

24:04

up into service i mean like like

24:06

literally not just for me i mean for

24:08

everybody because this is this is the

24:10

only key to get her and freedom back

24:12

yes we’ve got a dennis is in sedona i’m

24:15

also in phoenix

24:17

uh anthem area so that it’d be awesome

24:19

to also have some like links that we can

24:21

check to see who we can talk to

24:23

and how many people are in in each

24:24

assembly oh this is not a fantastic

24:26

really take action

24:28

well let me ask you uh dr b is it

24:31

possible to

24:33

uh do a share screen share so i can

24:35

share with you my little visual aid to

24:38

help people

24:39

um see the seats that need to be filled

24:42

and

24:42

yeah i think i can make

24:46

you a host and then you can do

24:47

everything okay and then i’ll give it

24:49

back to you afterwards okay

24:51

okay so let’s go to here we go

24:56

all right can you see this yep

25:00

all right so this i made this little

25:02

slide

25:03

as part of my class so

25:06

uh what it takes to build a county you

25:08

need a you need a

25:09

volunteer coordinator someone who sticks

25:12

their

25:13

claim on the land becomes a lawful

25:15

american and says

25:16

i will assemble this county i happen to

25:20

be the los angeles county coordinator

25:23

so we ask for people to come

25:26

and just say i’m going to do it and be

25:28

that accountable person

25:30

or accountable man or woman not person

25:32

and then

25:34

um the first thing the first job is to

25:38

get a county recorder

25:39

the county recorder is someone who says

25:41

i’m going to learn how to be a common

25:43

law notary

25:44

it requires two three-hour classes

25:47

and then they get affirmed and they get

25:49

their stamps and then they are a common

25:51

law notary

25:52

and that’s so necessary because they’re

25:54

going to have to help pay for people on

25:55

the county

25:57

then we need a volunteer justice we need

26:00

a volunteer treasurer we need a

26:01

volunteer sheriff

26:03

coroner bondsman marshall at arms 25

26:06

jurors because we have common law grand

26:08

juries and then a militia

26:10

peacekeeping task force so we

26:13

have very detailed um procedures

26:16

and uh what needs to be done if anyone

26:19

wants to volunteer for these roles

26:21

and we want to remind everyone that we

26:23

are the interim

26:24

government right now since we are not

26:27

fully functioning

26:28

um because we have not had our does your

26:31

elections yet and we won’t until

26:32

november

26:34

um these are just placeholder seats it’s

26:36

sort of like how you can’t get

26:38

credit until you have credit

26:42

right you can’t have a government until

26:44

you have a government

26:45

so we are a volunteer interim government

26:49

until we have enough men and women on

26:51

the land that can actually run for

26:52

office in november

26:54

and so we also say you don’t have to be

26:57

qualified as having this career

27:00

in the de facto system before you became

27:02

a lawful american

27:04

right let’s say you’re you know you’ve

27:06

got a side business and you’re doing

27:07

your own books

27:09

well you can step up and volunteer to be

27:11

the treasurer

27:12

or let’s say you know you’re you’re

27:14

formerly in the military and you’re very

27:16

comfortable

27:18

uh with firearms or training and uh

27:21

first aid

27:21

stuff like that you might wanna

27:24

volunteer to lead the

27:25

peacekeeping task force militia which

27:28

i’ll say a little bit more about in a

27:29

second

27:30

you can uh all americans can serve as

27:33

jurors

27:34

and let’s say you’re a nurse or a doctor

27:37

and you want to serve as a corner

27:38

because you understand

27:39

what death looks like versus what life

27:41

looks like and you can proclaim

27:43

to know the difference and uphold that

27:45

in your affirmation then you can step up

27:47

and volunteer

27:48

to be the corner in in a room corner

27:50

same thing with the other offices

27:52

right you might be a law buff you might

27:54

be a history buff and then

27:56

you justice of the peace would be a

27:58

perfect situation for you to volunteer

28:00

for

28:00

so as you can see this is really less

28:02

than 40 people

28:04

um it’s the 25 jurors plus

28:07

the remaining seats to be

28:10

volunteered for and then also people get

28:13

confused by the term militia

28:15

sometimes people say um

28:18

you know militia whoa that’s violence

28:22

you know

28:22

uh we’re i’m afraid of that well

28:25

i want to redirect this idea about

28:28

militia okay

28:30

because there are some people in this

28:32

country

28:33

that are doing assembling and they’re

28:35

all about the guns they’re like

28:37

ready for this you know violent

28:39

revolution well that’s not the assembly

28:41

so

28:42

i understand why they feel that way i

28:44

understand how they got there trust me

28:46

i’m a

28:47

i was a mad mama bear until i found the

28:49

solution

28:50

um so i get it but we’re not doing

28:53

violence we’re not doing insurrection

28:55

we’re not doing rebellion we’re not

28:57

doing terrorism we are doing an

28:59

administrative process okay but militia

29:03

our militia are those good neighbors

29:07

those good neighbor people that you know

29:09

if you broke a leg they’re the one going

29:11

hey i’ll pull out your trash cans for

29:13

you

29:14

i’ll bring you a hot meal you know

29:16

they’re the ones that

29:17

run the pta at the local school right

29:20

those are

29:21

the peacekeeping militia people so when

29:23

you think about people in your community

29:25

that are

29:26

like that that’s exactly who we’re

29:28

looking for to fill our militia

29:30

and of course it helps if you understand

29:33

about firearms sorry not firearms but

29:35

arms

29:36

see we don’t have firearms in

29:39

lawful america we have arms um

29:43

so you know these are the people we’re

29:45

looking for and then

29:46

once your county has those seats filled

29:48

with those volunteer positions

29:50

then we are well on our way towards our

29:52

number of 75

29:54

by september that’s what we need in

29:57

order to announce our lawful du jour

30:00

elections for november 2nd and we are

30:04

well on our way here on california we

30:06

are doing it we are replicating our

30:07

efforts teaching counties how to do it

30:09

and counties are just like

30:11

you know so what’s happening

30:14

right he’s so much easier than begging

30:16

our legislators like

30:18

stop stealing my rights stop stealing my

30:21

rights

30:22

please please please and i you know i

30:24

gave a 20

30:25

donation when joe corporation down the

30:28

street gave him a million dollars

30:29

right who are they going to listen to

30:32

okay now now diana dennis what’s what’s

30:35

it like in

30:36

arizona do you guys got um all the

30:38

counties involved are you

30:41

up to the status that california is or

30:44

beyond

30:45

um well we have we have 15 counties here

30:49

i’m not sure how many

30:50

are in california i know there’s

30:51

probably more

30:53

we’re kind of just we have huge counties

30:56

and

30:57

we have 13 of them populated

31:00

which means we have assemblies

31:04

in each one of those counties and we

31:06

have justices in each one of those

31:08

counties and most of the jurors we are

31:10

still looking for people become

31:12

treasurers and

31:14

secretaries and you know things like

31:16

that but and we have 10

31:18

state recorders uh we have the 10 state

31:21

recorders so

31:23

because we don’t have enough people in

31:24

the counties in all of the counties

31:26

to be county recorders yet but we are

31:29

moving you know quite quickly uh

31:31

probably maybe

31:33

who knows as fast or whatever as

31:35

california or florida

31:37

um or some of the other states but uh

31:39

yeah we hit in fact

31:41

we have our state assembly fully

31:44

functioned we have a coroner we have

31:46

uh the recorders and we have justices

31:48

and jurors so we have a state

31:50

general assembly we just don’t have the

31:52

county ones yet

31:54

because we’re building the counties and

31:56

you have a pie where diane and i

31:57

are the county we have enough people

32:01

there we just need some

32:02

other people to step step up for like

32:05

sergeant-at-arms we do have the militia

32:07

up and running

32:08

uh comprise you know see arizona militia

32:11

we don’t have uh county ones yet i mean

32:14

we do but they’re small

32:15

but uh they’re growing and we do have

32:17

like i said our stage euro assembly up

32:19

and running

32:21

okay so now what because we’re getting

32:24

towards the end we gotta hold this down

32:26

to about a half hour what what’s the

32:28

best places for people to find

32:30

all of you like like like dennis what’s

32:32

the next step

32:33

like if somebody wants to join support

32:36

find their freedom how would they get a

32:37

hold of you

32:39

national.us right

32:42

yeah that’s that’s it now you guys get

32:45

together what every thursday

32:47

or is it mondays

32:49

[Music]

32:51

yeah we we have a call with uh anna

32:54

every monday

32:55

and she gives out you know information

32:56

of what’s going on you know

32:58

nationally and through the federation

33:01

and then

33:02

every thursday we have a call and

33:05

every second tuesday of the month we

33:08

have a state

33:09

meeting and then if we need other

33:11

meetings i

33:12

you know send out an email and whoever

33:14

you know uh

33:15

can be on that call we have you know a

33:17

discussion meeting on

33:19

what’s happening or if there’s an

33:20

emergency or something like that

33:22

um you know to get people together and

33:25

you know get their

33:26

uh voices heard on you know what needs

33:28

to be done or taken care of at the time

33:30

[Music]

33:31

let’s make sure to announce this too

33:33

because there is going to be a change

33:35

to uh on the runway’s website

33:38

uh since there is a lot of uh there’s

33:40

lack of transparency that’s happening

33:42

and

33:42

godaddy um well let’s just say that

33:45

server changes need to happen

33:47

and so dennis what is the new website i

33:49

can look it up to you

33:50

for anna anabolics well it used to be

33:54

the american states assembly.net

33:57

now it’s t-a-s-a dot american

34:01

nationals i’m sorry american state

34:05

dot okay and we’re going to have all

34:08

those links below

34:09

when this video gets posted for sure

34:11

there’s going to be a lot of changes and

34:13

where you find us

34:14

don’t freak out it doesn’t mean that you

34:16

know we fell apart or there’s any fraud

34:18

or anything

34:18

it means that uh the opposite there’s

34:21

other fraud elsewhere

34:23

they’re trying to get away from us and

34:24

we’re growing

34:25

[Music]

34:26

so so if you’re observing so the average

34:30

joe if they’re okay with having their

34:32

rights taken away and having the

34:33

government decide

34:34

for him um jesus what does it take to

34:37

wake a person up

34:39

i mean this is this is the you know look

34:41

at north korea look at

34:42

where communism socialism has already

34:44

been

34:45

okay uh we’re we’re we’re heading down

34:49

that road

34:49

michelle what’s the best way because god

34:52

knows man when we’re done with this

34:54

we’re getting together we’ll hold

34:56

meetings in my office i’ll do whatever

34:59

is required because we’re saving the

35:01

patients we’re saving

35:03

you know our lives well the fact of the

35:06

matter is

35:07

i personally believe that the health

35:09

freedom movement was made for this

35:11

movement i think that

35:13

the government knew the de facto

35:14

government knew that if parents were

35:17

upset enough uh with these egregious

35:21

overreaches of authority that they were

35:24

going to somehow get pushed that’s why

35:26

they marginalized us

35:28

as being anti-vaxxers and all of these

35:30

lovely terms that they threw on us

35:33

i believe that the health freedom

35:35

movement was made for this

35:37

this breaking everybody free and so

35:41

i think it was a movement that divided a

35:43

lot of people because they were fearful

35:45

of the unvaccinated or

35:47

unvaccinated or partially vaccinated but

35:50

i believe it’s the health freedom

35:51

movement that’s going to save this

35:52

country and the world frankly i think

35:54

it’s going to be the greatest unifier

35:56

ever and um and so what people need to

35:59

do is they need to get in touch with

36:01

their state coordinator or their county

36:03

coordinator

36:04

they can go to

36:06

tasa.americanstatenationals.org and find

36:08

their state coordinator and it’ll

36:09

trickle down from there

36:11

get papered and assemble your counties

36:14

and we will save this country

36:16

yeah and and it starts on the county

36:18

level

36:21

if you’ve seen the earlier episodes

36:23

dennis is saying the

36:24

local county sheriffs can kick out the

36:26

fbi the cia

36:28

they the ultimate power i mean i thought

36:30

of leaving this country and starting a

36:32

monastery like place where

36:34

you know can hold knowledge while the

36:36

world goes to hell in a hand basket

36:38

then i thought no wait a second this is

36:41

our country

36:42

okay america had rights before this

36:45

this um totalitarian insanity

36:49

okay so you know

36:52

look look at where your life was a few

36:55

years ago and what you thought the world

36:57

was

36:58

was like you know what freedoms you

36:59

thought you had how no one could shut

37:01

down your business

37:02

and this will um you give a tyrant a

37:06

little bit of room and they’re going to

37:07

take everything and we’re in a

37:09

tyrannical

37:10

world right now and the only way to get

37:12

it back is by making the effort

37:15

give a call to someone call me call me

37:18

at my office

37:20

talk to michelle diane dennis i mean

37:23

this is

37:23

this is like a think tank group where

37:25

i’m getting my information

37:27

so um i mean we we got

37:30

you got to make the effort you got to if

37:32

not um

37:34

imagine look at the pathway of the last

37:37

year and a half

37:38

where does that lead to it does not lead

37:40

to health freedom

37:41

abundance and security okay trusting

37:44

yourself trusting the land trusting

37:47

you know where we are we can organize

37:49

this to get

37:50

get abundance back in america absolutely

37:54

you are a hundred percent spot on dr

37:56

bergman that’s exactly what we’re doing

37:58

that’s exactly what we’re creating and

38:00

we’re helping people to be

38:01

the americans that they always thought

38:03

they were

38:05

they thought we were we the people but

38:07

no that’s a whole separate class

38:09

we’re teaching people how to get back

38:11

into that class

38:13

okay now this i don’t know if this will

38:15

make the cut off but i’ve been listening

38:17

to this

38:18

north korean defector young gal

38:21

and she is saying how you would get

38:23

arrested if you wear the wrong

38:25

um haircut you get arrested if you’re

38:27

wearing the wrong clothes

38:29

they’re the thought police over there in

38:31

england

38:32

they they arrested a guy because he was

38:34

going to speak an event

38:36

he didn’t speak in the event he was

38:38

going to speak there i mean this is

38:40

happening in australia new zealand

38:42

where where moore writes the fourth wave

38:44

the fifth wave okay

38:46

you know come on

38:48

[Music]

38:50

my friend lena uh we interviewed her for

38:52

our podcast

38:53

and uh she’s you met her dennis

38:56

too she spoke at the sedona movement

38:59

events and she

39:00

had a friend when this is when they all

39:02

went to lockdown in denmark

39:04

and they actually she was in ibiza at

39:06

the time

39:08

and they had her friend and her were out

39:11

walking

39:12

in nature and her friend

39:15

was stopped followed by a drone

39:19

that was operated by the government

39:22

and she was uh they came into her home

39:25

and arrested her

39:26

for walking outside of her home

39:30

this is not minor stuff this is

39:33

happening to people who are near and

39:34

dear to our hearts and other countries

39:37

and america is the last standing nation

39:40

that can take this power back and it is

39:42

up to us

39:42

now because they are showing us outside

39:45

in other nations

39:46

what it will look like if we don’t and

39:48

we don’t have a lot of time left

39:51

brilliant brilliant and that’s i’ve got

39:53

a bunch of international patients

39:54

and you know even after the shutdown and

39:58

they’re saying america is the world’s

40:00

the world’s only hope not just for

40:02

america

40:02

but that we’re group of countries that

40:05

are governing

40:06

under inalienable rights okay you know

40:08

that that have some federal rules

40:10

that we all agreed with and and each

40:13

state there’s 15 states now

40:15

that are passing legislation to stop the

40:18

the governmental overreach and the

40:21

health freedom

40:22

by god if you don’t think that that

40:24

freedom of what’s done to your body is

40:27

like the ultimate

40:28

because your body is built in the image

40:30

and likeness of god even if you don’t

40:32

believe that

40:32

billions of years evolution okay it’s

40:35

smart

40:36

but i would want interventions done to

40:38

me under my choice

40:41

the basic common sense

40:44

okay i get thank you thank you thank you

40:46

for everybody here this is

40:49

um please contact i i know you got

40:52

questions but do not

40:53

go quietly into that night okay you know

40:57

we were started by throwing the tea in

40:59

the bay

41:00

if you’re happy with everything going on

41:02

you’re not going to pick up those bags

41:04

of overtax tea and throw them in the bay

41:06

but this is your children being taken

41:08

away from you

41:09

12 year olds are going to be able to

41:11

decide on the medical procedures they’re

41:13

going to get

41:14

oh boy that won’t make them that won’t

41:16

make the 60

41:18

okay imagine if i didn’t say that

41:23

you know you have to be able to be old

41:26

enough to serve in the army in order to

41:28

make decisions for your own self

41:30

and i think you’re smart enough to make

41:32

decisions for your own body

41:34

over the government deciding for you

41:37

they’ve done a bang-up job so far

41:41

god bless you all thank you so much

41:44

thank you dr bergman this is such an

41:46

important conversation to be able to

41:48

bring to the public at large

41:50

and so thank you for being willing you

41:53

know for being you know living life on

41:55

the skinny branch as i say

41:57

because that’s what it takes we are an

42:00

example for the rest of the world and we

42:02

are an example for people who are

42:03

feeling oppressed whether they’re

42:05

somewhere else or here on america so

42:08

you know we get to show them what can be

42:10

done and it’s sort of like when babe

42:12

ruth hit that ball

42:14

way out into the stands he was like he

42:16

pointed and said like

42:17

that’s where my ball’s going and then he

42:19

did it it opened up a whole new realm of

42:21

possibility for a lot of other people

42:24

and so you’re doing that and i just want

42:26

to say thank you

42:30

bless you all and all you know your

42:32

people too

42:33

these episodes that we’ve done your

42:35

people reach out to me and just say

42:36

things like

42:37

thank you and just keep going you know

42:40

sometimes the work that we do here it

42:43

could be a thankless job and we’re

42:44

behind the scenes seeing this work

42:46

um so thank you all too and dr v’s

42:49

community

42:49

for just coming to us and it all matters

42:53

we truly do appreciate you too and and

42:56

speaking out and speaking up and sharing

42:58

these episodes because this is how we

43:00

can take it back

43:01

you matter more we’re talkers we’re here

43:04

but this is how you can show up

43:05

to do your part too it’s just to share

43:08

this

43:09

bless you god i’m lucky to know you guys

43:12

yeah okay

43:15

okay until next time okay

43:18

we’re fighting the good fight we’re

43:20

going to win obviously we’re going to

43:22

win

43:22

wait dr bergman can i say one more thing

43:24

yes what

43:25

i just want to give a shout out to nancy

43:27

kramer because nancy

43:29

was the one who told me about the

43:31

assembly back in january you know i had

43:33

been on this learning journey since 2015

43:35

but i didn’t know

43:37

that assembling was happening and that

43:39

was the one missing piece for me

43:41

so big shout out to nancy kramer who’s

43:43

our california chairman

43:45

and um and and that she introduced me to

43:48

kat

43:50

and i’m going to be meeting nancy and

43:52

you when i sign my papers next

43:54

week you know i’m gonna bring her with

43:57

me so that’s great

43:58

awesome there you go good for you it’s

44:01

about time that’s all i gotta say

44:03

it was a lot of papers and i’m gonna

44:06

actually have

44:06

all of the papers everything that i

44:08

signed okay

44:10

all on the dr b vip site so and where to

44:13

get them

44:13

how to do it what needs to be done

44:15

because i know i did one that was in

44:17

blue ink and should have been in redding

44:19

you know so there’s there’s all sorts of

44:21

little things

44:22

that have to be done correctly i have

44:23

your little red thumb print pad

44:25

i carry that everywhere it goes so when

44:27

i sign papers i i

44:28

sign my name by dying pager and bloopy

44:31

and i have a red

44:32

thumb print and that’s in my tiny little

44:34

purse so everywhere you go that’s the

44:36

only way that i’ll sign

44:37

okay pitch it i love that

44:42

god bless you all i’ll see you next time

44:44

thank you thank you

44:46

you got it thanks thanks everyone
